A single SCV gets you like 100 minerals per minute if I remember correctly? So at the 5-6 minute mark if the opponent isn't on max saturation I don't see the point of killing MULEs over SCVs, after like a minute or two killing an SCV already pays off and it snowballs much more later into the game in terms of minerals lost for the opponent. Plus there is the risk of not killing anything because the MULEs would explode a second later anyway? Could be neglected if you watch the Orbital Energy and see it below 5 or something, but I doubt Moon did that. | ||

I'm no zerg player, but I think it's cause zergs used to kill a bunch of scvs, fist pump, and then wonder why they lose later, but then they tried killing mules instead of scvs and problem solved lol | ||
