So because Stephano finally won his first ever series against MC, he is now better than him? and is now "beating him all the time?" lol.. This series was the first time MC lost a map to stephano. In the past it was all 2-0's.

As soon as someone uses ELO to back up who the better player is, I stop reading. According to TLPD, San is better than Oz and Genius, and Life is better than Nestea, and Lucifron is better than Ganzi.
