Other than that, it is 2-5, with this series including his first ever map. Online dont mean shit:D Stephano beats him when it matters:D Like at Homestory Cup 2/3 and Blizzard Cup? You mean the HSC where Stephano was still attending school and wasn't even a full-time pro player? Oh well, if that counts..

Although this victory wasn't necessary since Mc isn't probably even top 5 in pvz, it will further cement Stephano as the great foreign hope. WP Stephano. Stephano is 5-10 vs MC. MC is better than him (as evidenced by MC's two major LAN wins this year) but obviously Stephano is no scrub and is capable of beating MC. The important part here is the reversal in score, it's like the whole Polt vs Stephano story, he used to get crushed by Polt all the time, then he won some, and now he wins most of them. Stephano lost to MC all the time before, the two latest records are 5-3 for MC and 2-0 for Stephano. Now I still think MC is better overall than Stephano but the rate at which that zerg player adapts and improves is impressive. I thought the only time Stephano beat polt was at the Lone Star Clash.

He's 20-1 vs. Grubby but Grubby hasn't learned how to beat him, yet Stephano has managed to beat both Polt and MC, people who used to beat him all the time. In the EU scene, he did it to Nerchio - reversing a bunch of tournament losses to Nerchio in ZvZ, and in the international scene Sen.

He squeaked out that FC win after Stephano was coming off a 10 day lay off. Stephano is 6-1 against JYP, who is far better at zvp than MC. Stephano is the better player, IMO and this is evidenced by his having a higher Elo in the matchup. Having taken down MC Stephano will trust himself and stomp MC just like all of the other protosses - at least that's what I predict. Go Stephano!
