Yeah, dead on mechanics, but he seemed like he was using them on all the wrong things - there wasn't much creep, lots of clumped roaches, poor engages. However, his roach control where he had them split into multiple groups was clearly there (but not used when he needed it most - when toss moves out), and his macro seemed to be really on.

Yes because the two players definitely have played SC2 for the same amount of time and of course it doesn't at all depend on the individual player. Have you ever actually tried to hold it as Z? It's a lot harder than most people who only play protoss think.

Go CJ show them that SC2 is a just a drop in the sea for you .

I think you need to learn what macro means.

honestly for new players that 2 base immortal bullshit is a lot easier to execute then defend

Jaedong impressed me a lot he just needs time

I wonder what these BW zergs are studying for SC2. I thought Jaedong was going for the full Stephano build but he kind of just started...doing not much of anything once that 6 gate was scouted. If Stephano can max out at 11m, I'd imagine Jaedong can with some practice. That Toss didn't do a bit of harrass either, Jaedong got to 68 drones rather quickly, etc. Basically everything seemed to be going good but he played like he didn't know what Sentries and Immortals do

Mechanically, the BW pros are amazing, but as you would expect, their game sense is miles behind. Yeah, pretty much this. I noticed that JD had pretty superb multitask in that 2 front battle, but his decisions just sucked.

huh, do you mean kt vs ace next week or something?
because I think the ace match is always sc2 and it doesn't count towards switching between games.

It's time to watch some actual good teams. Uhh... what? It is said SKT1 practiced the least. And they won! That means it only gets better from here possibly? Edit: The problem with Team 8 is the enviroment (they don't have the best atmosphere for practicing).
I know last season they didn't even have race coaches, I'm not sure about this season though

He was about 1 inject cycle behind in roach/ling. 68 drones is way too much, especially versus this very efficient version of the immortal all-in. Also because I suspect jaedong doesn't have perfect sc2 macro yet.
Wrong, 68 drones is close to perfect what you want on 3 base roach style.

Jaedong needed the hydraroch to save him from that game.

I also don't think he had a clear idea that it was coming, he only scouted the 1gate and robo so it could have been a sentry/immortal composition into a 3rd base on that map right?

Jaedong's macro was not faulty, when Sun moved out Jaedong quickly reached 170 supply compared to 100, his macro was fine, his tactics and knowledge of the game weren't.
