Roach into Muta works for 1 of 2 reasons. 1) Toss goes 2 base into robo and Muta's exploit anti air and immobility of robo units. 2) Protoss tries to take a third, Muta stretch them out to defend while zerg out econs the protoss. Idra didn't lose because he went Muta. Muta is a fine choice on a big map with multiple entrance ways into bases. What lost him the game is that his economy was poorly managed, he had no additional bases and he basically did nothing despite the protoss being completely contained for an unbelievably long time. | ||
