There is no way to justify a huge mistake to racial differences. If mules cover up that large of a mistake, then Terran's macro mechanic is straight up better.

It's fair because Terran produces worker much slower than Protoss and Zerg so you have to count mules into that equasion. He was down about 15 workers so with 3 orbitals they were pretty much even.
