Please have some respect for the players, teams, and tournament. Criticism is fine, criticism without anything to back it up isn't so cool. Thanks! |

I assume, since they have basically a 12hours of games this saturday, that they will work in rotation on the main stage. The games are now just running for like 4 hours, so I would assume that other casters will soon replace them. Exchanging casters after every series would seem pretty unpractical to me.

This isn't going to go well.

It's interesting to some (certainly not all) Terran players scramble to explain away Thorzain's win. MC did not play horribly, and made no egregious mistakes. Thorzain did not perform any high level Korean only micro tricks. He didn't depend on high-variance drops. He macroed and blanketed emps.
That said, Thorzain's BO gave him his expansion ahead of MC, and Thorzain set MC back by killing his third.

Thorzain is consistent now? :| He lost 1-2 to Bling in the last match before MC dude. No he won 2-1 otherwise he wouldn't be in groups ._.

Hahahahahaha, so much win. Also true, but one of the best comments I've heard in ages. me thinks artosis used that joke on gsl months ago, so dated by still funny. They have used that one soooo often it's not funny anymore.
Well, it never was that funny to begin with imo ^^

There are not that many foreign terrans, the race is just way to hard to play for most foreigners. btw Parting 2-1 aLive ((
Select is Korean.

Who else would it be? There's really not that many contenders. Happy's beat several Korean players. Happy hasn't beaten anybody on MC's level yet, although I think Kas deserves some mention for being a foreigner terran juggernaut in his own right.
Ah maybe I was thinking of Kas. I know one of those Empire terrans beat several Koreans in team leagues.

You'd have a point if Tastosis, Day9 and DJ Wheat were casting on the other streams. But they're not. They're sat around providing 20 second segments of "analysis" and casting very occasionally.

He lost one game, true, not the series.

I also find it a bit strange. I mean Tzain vs MC was a sick series, but the casters did not know what was going on. Alternating casts is good so they get breaks and rest for their voice, but it's only JP+simpson, tastosis and day9+wheat resting while the other three pairs cast all day. It's naive to think we can have day9+wheat and tastosis for everything, but it feels like the workload is very skewed. I'd assume it's quite expensive to pay tastosis + fly them in, in comparison to hiring Robin+Kibbelz.

And protoss can afford mass archon/templar/colossi cause they're on 5-6 bases of course! It's not like you can make ghosts and introduce vikings when colossi come in or anything.

Okay, sorry about that. I read he lost 1-2 :|
Still, until this MLG Thorzain hasn't exactly put up big results.
