why not just delay them until after upgrades? there was a point in time when stephano's third base had just finished where he was floating near 1100 minerals and no gas because he delayed the gas at his natural for so long. i think if he allocated that mining into 3-4 additional extractors sooner, he would find he has plenty of money for everything including banes, 2/2, and infestors - though this would likely delay his hive tech by a significant margin.
and to the second point, in which polt would just kill banes before doing any damage: stephano makes like 800 ZERGLINGS, i think he has the sense to be able to trap and engage bio balls effectively enough to nullify the damage of not being able to pop those banes.
but that's just me, i'm not the one fighting for $4k or however much the ridiculous prize pool is lol.

Yeah, MKP, Taeja, Jajkti, MMA, Bomber, Ryung, Keen, and a dozen other elite Terrans all have demonstrated fantastic micro that you rarely see in the foreign scene. Maybe Kas is up there with those guys but until he plays head to head against these guys, we won't really know.

Biggest mistake was not waiting for 3/3. or he would crush Terran with those lings. That was a huge mistake. He also didn't engae with Infestors, which was another big mistake. If he did both of those, that game would have been so different. He also left the lings by the Terran's depots instead of unburrowing them and move commanding them to both of terran bases.

I don't know where you've been. But Polt is one of the best Terrans in the world. The Terrans you mention are good, but only MKP, Jakti and MMA are in the same league as Polt. Doesn't rank 1 GM in KR mean anything to you?
