Yes we did. he was code s material, man are we even talking about that, first think that he has to do is to get to code a and make it back, how many code a and code s players do we have in assembly? thats why it seems that polt is faking best terran in the world Polt was Code S material. He looked... uninspired this season. I think a lot of people in the community have failed to notice the huge spike in overall player quality that happened in GSL this year. The new format means that things are shaking out PDQ, and Polt looked pretty lost when he fought this time. He MIGHT still be Code S material, but right now he proved that he's not.
With the new GSL format, you actually can't determine if players are no longer Code S-caliber after a few losses. Polt is obviously Code S material...

why is my stream laggin so hard?

Slight macro slip up from Polt? :>

Loses entire army, still at 170 supply

Lucky doesn't have the ground army to go broods yet...

Polt has no vikings yet :/

Oh shit Polt thinks its ultras...

Maybe Polt thought the Hive was a Lair when he scanned.

REALLY nice engage by Lucky, but I think he just lost too much deny Polt's 4th base
|
wow polts army always does so much damage, even if it looks like it gets totally overrun. (mostly due to his marines clinging to walls against lings)

I didn't notice this at first, but how does someone take a fourth without a PF?
|
So many infestors, ugh i hate them.

How can zerg win on this map without having a chance to get a 4th base

Nah, he just likes marauders too much
As long as Polt secures this base, I cannot see him losing this game, he has a huge positional advantage

he did started 3-3 before the hive went down at least

Huh, the new format is much much better in that regard than the old one, where we had many undeserving players clogging Code S because they qualified in the Open Seasons(which was much easier than via Code A later on) and it was very hard to drop out
You have bo3 and even a good chance to get right back into Code S with the new format
