He usually has one of the safest, mech-style plays of any of the Terrans. Because he went 1/1/1 in game one and went cloak banshee in all three games. I'm not saying Supernova is a cheesy player, but that was definitely a cheesy series. Also, people love MC and flying a banshee into a mineral line and cloaking it then clicking H for hold position makes for a sad way for a fan favorite to lose a game 3. But it happens. Supernova wants to win, so he does cloak banshee. It's good against Protoss. Observers please. So cloaked banshees are now cheesy?
In the first two games MC knew exactly what Supernova was doing (except for maybe being surprised by the hellions on Crossfire and the 1-1-1 in game 3.)

Pretty much summed up the problems with TvP as a whole. Games end with a single engagement, 1 base all ins. It's just not fun, very fragile, and isn't entertaining to watch either. Plus of course, it's a match-up where the 'better' player doesn't have any garuntee to win.

P generally should go robo unless he is absolutely 100% no banshees can be coming That would make sense if Terran couldn't scan the base of the protoss. The Terran will not find the tech everytime, but the protoss needs an obs to see the terrans all-in. The terran just needs a well placed scan.

Hey, guys, could you please help me? When I launch a GOM-Twitch.tv stream, it says it is private and requires some kind of password? What is it? I remember I could watch it just like any other stream, without passwords.

A very close macro game first then a failed timing attack. He was by no means bad. It's Leenock.

God, it sucks that GomStreamer is broken. I've been working with the code trying to get it to work, but while I've gotten it to start running wget, I can't be sure if wget is failing because of my code or because of my companys firewall.

T'was said by LiquidTyler once, MC is risky and gimmicky, and that risky play will come back to bite him..
... but since he's walking around with Take's money in his pocket, I can't imagine he minds too much. he wasn't playing risky of gimmicky at all. um ok the most fearsome all-in terran can do, that every protoss has nightmares about countered by one building skips that building nope, not risky play at all, making assumptions and cutting corners based on a bunker placement Oh well, GG ^^ It's really not that simple, there are certain all-ins that Terran can do where getting a robo is really bad the nature of sc2 I suppose nothing to do about it. Smart play by Supernova

The only flowers I want to see is when that map is dead and buried, and the flowers are placed on top of the grave
:D
Hopefully, though it would be cool if it was slightly more flooded because of all the melted snow and the subsequent flood in the river
Or something

first game was really close at some point... good to watch.
second game was bad and forgg did as i feared and go balls in with timing win or lose and got pretty much crushed...i see him play that way sometime on ladder, and i dont think he has enough exp like someone like mvp to figure out yet when things wont work yet and cut his losses yet , lack of experience against top calibur players :3

Such a safe and solid build against everything... You can't 3 gate robo every game. Why? It's not that exploitable, just like a 1rax expand isn't that exploitable. If you're not going to do that you can at least confirm the expand - when MC does his zlot/stalker poke you can run up to confirm the CC has landed at least and keep the stalker alive. MC was blindly going for the 4gate, his own fault. Anyway, I can easily see Leenock beating Supernova and MC beating fOrGG which would make a Supernova MC rematch to decide who advances. There's this thing called economy and it's kinda important.
Huh? MC wasn't going for economy lol the only reason he didn't have robo was to do a strong 4gate with all his gas in some sentries to FF bunker repair and stalkers. 3gate with robo is fine for your economy anyway o.o.

I heard observers do quite a good job scouting. So blind robo every game? There is a reason that so many people have thought that observers should be build from the cyber instead of robo. I dont get what the big deal is. In bw protoss had to build an observetory first before building a obsever from robotics. And in pvt in bw protoss couldnt move from its base until it had an observer to clear out spider mines. Not being able to move from your base is very different to losing the game.
Also, there is a THIRD possibility from scouting the bunker at the ramp top, which is a 3-4 rax marine all in. This blindly beats any robo build.

Cloaked banshee opening is actually pretty good v P, people just have this belief that if they have detection the banshee put you behind.
