It was something like "I want to thank mma, ryung and jyp to have helped me and didn't sleep for me, without them I couldn't have win"

They already did it with high templar. HTs used to not be light units, but a patch changed that. Seems to me that they forgot to do the same with the ghost. I'm pretty sure that decision to make HT light had nothing to do with it making sense and everything to do with balance. This argument is silly and inane.

This hero/puma rivalry is excellent (shout out to Lindsay sporrer, we missed you this nasl. Two very good players, on two top foreign teams and just adding to the EG/Liquid rivalry.

Really really enjoyed this weekend, especially after I stopped cringing on NASL's behalf (Day 2 had a much more respectable crowd and the stream count was nice).

The finals had some surprisingly exciting moments.

The games were good. They went a bit overkill with too many casters with not enough to do but the casting/introing was great overall. The red carpet entrances were an amusing change of pace and quite fun. The crowd was small but they really made up for it with lively cheering and chants, props to the crowd for not being negative nancys because they were so few but instead stepping up their game. I enjoyed the crowd interactions with the giveaways and them lining the red carpet entrances too. Also cool how they incorporated day9 daily and live on 3, nice to see that. Obviously there were quite a few shortcomings but I like how NASL stays positive and lighthearted despite the haters, fun to see a tournament that is a bit tongue in cheek and cheesey in a good way. And finally, the best part of the tournament was of course the epic zoomhappy camera man and the resulting stream chat during his adventures. Sad they put a leash on him and his antics after day one, he was truly an artist and epic troll, intentional or not, haven't laughed so hard in a while.

Also I'm torn on whether or not I like the giant checks at this point, I almost think a trophy for the winner and like little medallions for 2nd and 3rd would be classier and more meaningful for the players.

![]() The LRs are very useful for those of us who can't watch (work, Firewall of China, etc), thanks Seeker! Finally, HerO vs PuMa seems like HuK vs IdrA 2.0. But less BM, which may or may not be a good thing.

It'd be nice to get a better translation of what Puma and Hero said in their winner's interviews. I feel that out of all translators doing their job in sc2, Jun Kyu "Junkka" Park is probably one of the few who consistently translates properly (either that or he delivers awesome troll speeches!). Suzie from ipl was also pretty good. Nevertheless, GG Puma and wp both for delivering a nail-biting and entertaining bo7! Sad it ended at 4-2 - was hoping for the full 4-3.
