Is the stream really laggy for anyone else?

not a balance complain, I'm legitimately curious as to how much they'd be improved by that.
Kind of like the marine? I doubt that would be very balanced at all. Besides, even as a Zerg player I like the delay and the ability to have stuff being microed with a medivac or warp prism to negate focusfire. I'd rather have hydra's made better rather than make roaches better at dealing stuff they are alerady quite well at dealing with.
These games were headache quality, whitera busting out mind boggling strategies that even make the paper they were drawn out on burn from sheer rediculous. But what really upset me was that Phoenix never used the spire to keep the warp prism or collosus count lower. WhiteRa had no other tech to fall back on if his collosus were sniped so..

Whats up with thorzains macro man? Why is he floating so much?

I love how Tastosis called the end of that game 5 times, claiming that Select is so dead and etc. while he is still in the game

Beating up on random players on ladder means nothing. We have to hold progamers to a certain standard at this point. Amazing players like Hero and Huk and Idra and countless others are amazing talents and the fact that Goody can continue to play with the same build in every matchup with such low speed and flexibility is simply unacceptable for a progamer. He'll either adapt to the game or (most likely) simply fade from the scene, play like that shouldn't exist at this point in SC2 competition. same was said 1 year ago Yeah, when people were still clueless about how the game is supposed to be played. Goody has shown absolutely no flexibility in his game and if he continues to play this absurdly stupid style all the time he will be left behind. And I really hope that happens soon, such ridiculous, unentertaining games don't deserve to be casted. depends how high you set the bar, if i said that i want to see real progamers and all that shit all current progamers should retire, because their mechanics "suck", by foreigner standards goody will be relevant for years(if the current game balance stays). Not true, we've seen massive improvement in SC2 progaming. There are plenty of players who are constantly pushing the bar with their multitasking, build orders and tactics. SC2 is finally getting exciting with real progamers facing off against each other at the highest levels of competition. Players like Goody need to improve or just die off, there is no room for mediocrity in SC2 anymore. After seeing Idra vs Nestea at MLG i actually wondered if SC2 should even be an E-Sport. Both players played a BO (with mistakes) until one guy overcomitted on his BO-Advantage and then lost. If progamers are doing shit like this, they should not be progamers (and most likely would not be in SC/BW, at least they would not be on TV for more than 1-2 games ).. Naniwa vs Nestea wasn't much better... One game was decided by Nestea playing blind and the final game just stupid.. There is tons of room in SC2 for mediocrity. The very best players often show TERRIBLE decisions. Goodys playstile/gameplan seems to exploit exactly that: Set defense up --> Let stupid opponent charge head on into it --> Counter --> Profit. Someone always has to whine about something right?

why are they still playing select vs thorzain? I thought both of them will advance?

Thorzain floating 2k/2k lol...

After watching MVP, vs SC this looks so sloppy, these guys are just not anywhere near the level of the code S terrans.

I think i have been spoilt by sc vs MVP even though i thought that that wasn't the best game in terms of decision making. Then i came and saw this ....

Agreed.

I hate to say this but SeleCt and ThorZain are just playing poorly.
That jetlag must be hurting hard, because SeleCt's early midgame was so weak... and ThorZain basically stopped playing during the first push, thinking he won.
I'm hoping they get more rest and give better games because I am just thoroughly disappointed.

Someone always has to whine about something right? but what he says is true, you can see so many "top", "best of the best" games, and count 10 mistakes before players even engage their armies, and some mistakes are still elementary (like famous Puma supplyblocks). I feel like there is still so much mediocrity, but because casters try to overhype every single move someone does (4zergling vs zealot micro seriously? Thats platinium level of micro and everyone in platinium should be able to micro zerglings vs 1 zealot, why someone would hype that?)
