What evidence is there for him being "far worse" due to his injury? Seems like he's still in pretty good shape to me. Makes it even more impressive.

NesTea would probably have won against sC if his spores were placed differently. Tough break for him but sC took a gamble, hid it well and it paid.
I CANNOT wait for NesTea vs MMA! MMA will probably stomp him like he did a couple of seasons ago in the group stage, but it will be soo good.
Shame for Losira... Still, with his class, he should be able to fight his way back to Code S for next season.

Losira punished a guy who went for a rather greedy/risky eco build, and it was a specific response to asd's build, it wasn't blind.
Nestea tried to play as safe as possible, but still lost.It is of course still his fault, he should have sent an overlord into the base to scout sooner, but the conditions behind those cheeses were completely different. You can't just lump them together like that and say they are the same thing.

So why balance the game then? Why not keep the game the same as it was when it was first released as beta? And what new strategies are Terrans using nowadays? Ghost? LOL! KA was removed a bare week after its "abuse" in the first GSTL, how long did it take for Terran players to actually realize they will actually never lose a TvP late game if they only use more Ghost? Same for TvZ...
Also, there are 19 terran players in Code S. And if Korean ladder's racial representation is any indication, at least 1/3 of those don't deserve their place in Code S. Are you saying that Inca and Hongun are among the bottom of those players and need to get dropped out of Code S?
Terran has never been the most inventive race. Rather, they have these flexible early game strategies that made it more difficult for them to set on an optimal strategy than other races. All these Terran dominance you're seeing is simply the results of them catching up.
