Watch how you approach the topic of match fixing. You can speculate, saying "I'm not so sure about the finals, something doesn't sit right with me," but if you are going to outright accuse players of match fixing you need something more than your word.
TL takes match fixing/abuse seriously and as such there is a burden a proof when you are accusing players.

It is just maternity leave, we're fine.

He used to shit on polt, and a lot of people form their opinions based on artosis's. As the commentator, the people he spends more time discussing are the people the public have longer to bond themselves with, and therefore get more fans.

That goes for all competitive games of this sort. Make the effects obvious. Diablo 2 did a great job in this respect even though the game wasn't really competitive - all the spell effects were obvious and you could tell what people were doing just by watching them on the screen. People just teleport all over the place in that game though. Walking on foot is literally obsolete. It is like watching an episode of Bleach. + Show Spoiler + d2 pvp was awsome, shame d3 looks like it will be more WoW-like :<
D3 is going to be closer to what D2 used to be before Enigma, and what WoW PvP should have been in the first place.

It's a sahme I wish I understood Korean, because basically all I see is her talking korean at the start of some presentations and finals etc. She's missing the credit (in the west at least) because nobody REALLY knows anything about her.

(put on your tinfoil hats) - since the big news for Blizzcon on the StarCraft 2 front is Heart of the Swarm, do you think they might have, I dunno, stacked the deck a bit to give zerg a good chance of winning? (Assuming that they didn't get close positions on shattered temple. -.-)
And then they have Nestea as a bit of a safety net.
Okay, I'm taking off my foil chapeau and being mesmerized by this fascinating trivia. Around 85 seconds for a probe to pay itself off? Fascinating! No, better players won.Deal with it No doubt better players won. (Note: I'm not a Zerg player, and am not all that fond of Zerg in general.) I'm just saying that they did invite a lot of Zerg players to be in the tournament. And to the "what would that accomplish?" side - possibly give a small boost to Heart of the Swarm, as the Zerg expansion comes out next and a Zerg winning would fit nicely in that theme. Like I said, tinfoil hat conspiracy. I don't think it's likely, just something that passed through my head. I still think Nestea's going to take it. But MVP can't be too bummed about the trip - he's still going to make enough money to ease the GSL pain and support his training and future tournament expenses. Most of the players who are there qualified. IIRC, MVP and NesTea were the only "invites" because they had the most GSL points.
Sorry, but with the event called the "Global Battle.net Invitational" it suggests that it was a lot less openly competitive, even if the players in the tournament are all damn good players. Were the "Regional Invitationals" open to any schmuck that could get in? (I can't find that on the Blizz website.)

I'm not sure how many fans Bomber has, actually. But he's not a big crowd favorite either. Bomber is pretty cocky with his premature bm, Polt beat MC and MMA so no love for him lol. MKP always does some crazy shit with his own style so every one loves him despite most of his wins are on 2 bases lol. MKP more fans than MVP because of reddit. MKP has a lot of fans because he loses in the finals and cries. I'm sorry but that's true ^ He's right. I love MVP, but the fact he doesn't show much emotion and/or "crazy" strats very often makes him less spectator friendly I guess. Personally I get more entertainment from a player who is just completely solid in every area than one who does cheese 50% of the time to be more popular. IMHO, MVP doesn't need to do anything but smile more.
He's got such a great smile, man. It's better than Losira's.

Having played mage and priest in arena (not glad-level tho ) I can tell you actually being in those situations is 1000x more intense than anything I've ever experienced in SC2 - because you have so much to keep track of - the positioning, cooldowns, mana level and health level of 6 people simultaneously - to be able to predict the opponent teams moves in advance and be one step ahead when every global cooldown counts (~1.5sec) can get overwhelming. ROFL..must be a troll probably but wow does require a faster reaction time tho

everyone has forgotten that polt invented the first variation of the 1-1-1

noob question: does these wow players characters are characters that the players leveled up on WoW multiplayer servers or characters with fixed skills?

I was referring to Idra saying it to Mana before quitting a game during IPL2
