It's time for Hero!!!
But yeah being a Korean gamer is very imba. If you're a non-korean gamer you have to balance your game playing with earning money and your real life. If you're Korean you just sit around playing games all day eating 2 cent ramyun and becoming gosu.

yugiOh vs HerO should be awesome, I was actually really rather impressed with yugiOh last round, so I think he's the favourite in my mind. It will be nice to see either of them making it to the up & down matches, yugiOh has certainly done his time in Code A for very little reward lol.

Gumiho took a risk, it was unscouted and that put him ahead during midgame.

Except it's not even a risk with the helions giving him map control. The only thing that could have punished him is roaches which = auto lose if the terran is just going standard.

I think the gold is a very well calculated risk. the helions took map control, and there was no way for Monster to scout, unless he manage to sarifice some overlord. lings can do nothing to the expansion with bunker up. a quick 2 base banelings bust could have won monster the game, but is still very risky. well thought out strategy by gumiho

Infestors + banes would've owned.

I wonder if there is a good way at all to beat that strat on that map if you get up lots of hellions and take the gold, and then pump out a few marauders. I can't think of any way to punish the gold if a terran does that because lings and roaches wouldn't be able to touch it and anything else wouldn't be out in time. Any ideas?

Or maybe he's better than you think? He just made it to Round 8.

also, that marine micro was highly impressive

I don't think it was really as good as you say. Gumiho needs to make Nuclear play in his place in the up-down matches if he wants to get into code s.

He had to have, with all of the mutas flying around. However, with the number of medivacs in the air, I would actually question a decision to transition out of mutas to at least control the drops.

Thats not true at all, its only 0 credit when the winning player is a Terran. When its Zerg or Protoss everyone usually says how they are genius, amazing, etc. Obviously, thats not the right thing to do, but its hard to blame people when you see the state of the races, its obvious that in all regions there is a bias against Terran being either overpowered, or, if not overpowered, than easier to play then the rest of the races. They even joke about it in the first episode of the Yellow show.

infestors and banes are not cost effective counters to well micro'd marines.
