It's actually detrimental to have them turned on.

Wait wth happened to puma stephano, I wanted to watch that even if it was in french/polish etc >.<

Are they sure that Puma - Stephano was played? There's nothing on their match history.

Sure, it brings them more viewers, and good strategy for them to do. But it ruins those of us that do care about esports and looks/watches for it 24/7
Yea more people watching esports ruins it for you HARDCORE people. Seriously grow up. Other people having success does in no way ruin success for you or for what you care about.

Oh man can't you just be supportive? It's a great thing that more people are watching games being played. The more games with high numbers the better overall.

Damn this desert storm operations add is so annoying. The sad part is, i cant even mute it.

Wait, was the Puma vs Stephano game actually streamed on the German stream via Puma's view? There was a TvZ on it, but I was paying attention to GSTL.

Them having 45k viewers right now is no surprise.
stream jumped from 15k to 40k SOLELY because of the logo (I was there).
If their playerbase truely cares about esport/their game, I think they would've know that their SECOND BIGGEST TOURNEY is going on and wouldn't need a huge shiny embeded stream to remind them

Indeed, stupid jealous children that only think about themselves. Be happy that there are other games out there that are good for other gamers. It only helps us in the end. Actually watching LoL over SC2 when I can during the group stages. Its a lot of fun.

What's with the jealousy towards lol/dota2? It's ESPORTS man. Those getting ridiculous amount of viewers is only good for SC2, since it'll help legitimise ESPORTS in general. Stop hating, and start appreciating!

People are upset because LoL has found a good way to increase their viewing numbers? If anything sc2 should do the same with B.net 2.0

That's exactly what LoL is doing. Riot is only providing a big flashy link.

Is he playing pretty solid? I watched Puma vs Sase and thought he outclassed him pretty hard. Opened both games kind of cheesy and fell behind but caught up with multiple drops - all which seemed to be effective.
First game was pretty cheesy but second game I thought was just really interesting strategy. For anybody who didn't see the second game, Puma proxied a factory and started producing hellions in Sase's base. At the same time Puma was using a bunker/marine attack at Sase's FE, (essentially splitting Sase's forces extremely early in the game). He then transitioned into heavy multipronged drop play.

Or not. Puma 2:1 stephano. Trust me schedule is as confusing here at the event as it is at home. Hoping for some starcraft on stage soon 3 minutes ago · reply · retweet ·
Does seem like it did happen though.

So if 15k people were watching LoL before the logo was up, they are still doing something right.
