Are the results so far available somewhere? Liquipedia still has 0-0 for everybody in today's groups, except for EnDerr forfeiting all games...

I didn't think WCG would allow that T_T
I dislike the race picking personally I couldn't imagine WCG in BW without race picking Ah, oh well watcha goona do I guess Ill silently dislike the race picking thing >.< I would love to hear a really good reason to allow it. No reason not to allow it. (but this is completely off topic.) The obvious reason to disallow is when two players want to racepick, could end up in an endless cycle of, oh he chooses this now? And if they make them choose blind it could largely result in rock paper scissors (in certain cases). Best analogy is in baseball when a pitcher pitches with both arms (rare but happens) and the hitter is switch, the pitcher will always want lefty vs left or righty vs right, while batter wants lefty vs right or righty vs lefty. In those cases they make the batter choose a side first. All that said, i like racepicking and the case above is rare and still interesting when it happens, even if it leaves up the result more to chance than usual.
That's not even an obvious problem at all. All the ref needs to do is tell them to write down the race they're going to play on that map on seperate pieces of paper and then enter the game with what they've written. There, done. Where's the cycle you're talking about? Neither side is going to know what the other has picked prior to making his own choice.
