with feedback you hit the moment the ghost is within range (9). with emp you have to manually target the templar while it's moving and it's hard to tell just exactly when it's in range hence you're not usually hitting at the boundary of the 10 range mark but much less so it looks like a lot of the time the templar is getting the feedback off before the emp. | ||
