Pretty sure they are, if your judging that based off online tournament results, then i laugh and snicker at you my friend  Nothing has led us to beleive that Koreans arent at the very very top level based off of offline tournament results. Although there isnt too much to go off yet, hopefully the MLG GSL exchange program will change that XD | ||
