Yeah, but it wouldn't have mattered, archons were dying before they finished morphing, they might have gotten one shot off.
This is actually why I've been experimenting with multiple warp prisms with speed at the same time and just getting a ton of gateways: you get so much mobility out of warp gates and you don't have to keep your army clumped up, and you can easily put on a ton of pressure and pin as well as get an upgrade lead.

Currently i'm down after going on a huge losing streak and tilting hard for the first time since this season started but still at about 1150 with about a 74% w/r
Compare that to Artosis with a sub 50% w/r and sub 1000 points. LiquidTravis I haven't played you in the last two months at least, since i save the last 2 months in replays and i have none bearing your name Its irrelevant, however. Strictly speaking about Artosis, he is undeserving of his spot On another note, this conversation happened for like 10 pages in week 3 and nothing came of it.
Dont know why the artosis hate. He wasn't a serious contender in teh first place. I can't wait to see what people have to say if Day9 took up playing although it might be noted he's more accomplished than Artosis is in pure tournament wins.
Artosis is a caster. That's it. He's not a serious contender because hes in masters league. There's no need to debate this at all.

This game was played before the patch?
I swear the Archons were slowed down by the Marauders

Games are played 2 days before they are broadcasted, so on monday, the day before the patch.

Yeah he's very objective in his casts. Surprising for someone who can get so heated when he talks about balance.
Good looking man too.

Yep - he's the ideal analysis guy, he just needs to be paired with a really good color caster. Gretorp's doing fine with him now..but Gretorp is also more of a analysis guy than color, especially in TvX games. I think iNc/Idra would be glorious. Hope they get a chance to cast together in the future.

I would actually think it'd be interesting to use speed warp prisms as a carrier for colossi similar to shuttles and reavers in BW. Maybe that style would come into play when the Protoss sees the Terran playing like TLO

IdrA, when he's doing his job, is extremely professional. He gets heated when discussing his opinion, when casting, he leaves opinion out of it. He's excellent to listen to.

But his game analysis and insight is by far the best of anyone. When you listen to him you have no problem believing he is the most knowledgable person about this game and its play atm.

Wow, I had no idea that I should dislike Xelnaga Caverns so much. Good to know.

Warp prisms can't carry Colossi

You gave the answer yourself. He isn't a serious contender so he shouldn't have been in this at all. Its his insistence that he belongs in NASL or GM that makes people hate him.

just like ovie carrying 1 ultra or medivac with 1 thor.

They can last I checked. But unlike reavers, it's 1 colossi / warp prism, which isn't that cost effective.

Really O_O ? I've never seen that before.
It seems so silly a massive Colossus going in that little frail warp prism :p A bit like the ultralisk going in an overlord

I tried that for a while, it's not worth it unfortunately. Colossi take up the whole warp prism, and are quite expensive and you don't want to risk them. They're also very gas heavy, which slows your tech down. Unlike reavers, they don't one shot workers either, so they don't get nearly as many kills. DT's, in my experience, get more kills when dropped even when detection is available than colossi do. DT's can also kill off tech labs and reactors quite quickly, which is very important.
