Cause at that point you would have two 2-1's and two 1-2's and you need to determine brackets for the next round and up/down. No. The winner of their previous match would be placed higher (1st/3rd).

You can call me biased but I see the "Flash Light" in Jinro and his gameplay. He has a lot of potential with such decision making.
and may be oGsStC after he is done with military service.

They are going to have horrible later rounds if these scrubs keep getting through, both in code A and code S. Wtf are you talking about? That game between SanZenith and IMNesTea was one of the best damned PvZ's I have ever seen... a serious back and forth macrofest on Shakuras. You really can't call San a scrub after that last game. ... my mind is exploding from the sentences I just typed.
EDIT: nvm

I can actually see san beating Boxer at this point...

Some how im predicting sanZenith over boxer. the 30-min-ago me would problly slap myself right now.

I'm pretty sure no. Gomtv does some weird chicanery and figures it out 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th if they stick to how they've done it for GSL 4. I'm guessing it has to do with the matchup between the 1st/2nd place people and the one between the 3rd/4th place people.

Hellions shouldn't be able to shoot up the ledge and kill the marines like that. Cool. And here comes the denial, claiming false "bugs" Let me guess, banshees shooting down is also a bug now? Are you seriously trying to say hellions are supposed to be able to up ledges and into the air? Yes, because they can on any other ledge if they got vision Even if the Hellions couldn't, it's COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT because the marines being dropped would have overwhelmed the 5 marines there and then the elevated Hellions would have still killed all the SCV's Stop trying to go into denial about this The marines were there to stop the drop, but they got toasted because the hellions were able to shoot up a ledge. Jesus Fuck, please tell me you're trolling right now Nobody can be this stupid Units that cannot shoot into the air should not be able to shoot up a vertical edge. Hellions can't attack air units.
This is a ridiculous argument. You're making the extremely flawed "game-world physics should be logical" argument. This game is an abstraction. Units have infinite ammo. An arbitrarily large amount of units can pop out of a single building. These things don't make sense, but they're allowed because it's a video game.
All ranged units can hit up a ledge. The game was designed around that mechanic. If we turned that off all of a sudden, that changes the entire game.

Until today, this comment may have seemed like a joke: Has anyone wondered ever if SanZenith isn't actually terrible, and his early GSL mistakes were nerves? (I would attribute his January GSL failure to getting cheesed). His late game, all one that we've seen, looked good

SanZenith is awesome. I have tons of respect for him. He is willing to admit he doesn't train hard and doesn't really consider himself a pro-gamer. He comes out and play hard and makes it an interesting match.
Also, he chooses Boxer for his group. Now he'll get to have an awesome story about how he upset Nestea and then played against the Emperor. Win or lose from here on out... he's got awesome memories and stories of today.

Is it just me or did San look spookily like MC in that camera shot there? This could explain a lot.

I've never disliked sanZenith's play, in my opinion this guy is Code S for a reason.

Come on, Tastosis, you are in Korea for such a long time now, you should be able to translate those signs.
