Notorious Gaming is holding another practice tournament due to popular demand! Be a part of the fun and learning this Saturday, January 15th @ 7PM PST. Sign up page HERE. Please include NAME.BNet# when signing up. This is a single elimination tournament on Blizzard maps on the NA Server. Brackets will be up 1 hour before the start of the tournament.
We might be up in time with our caster and live stream for the event so everyone can spectate the action and fun.

Last tourney we had 21 signups +/- a few. 16 showed, so we had a decent number of matches. That was with one day's notice, so expect more. Also we have ironed out some of our problems so people who manage will not be playing matches (most likely) rather then trying to manage and play at the same time X_X.

If we can we will. The whole idea of us making a tourney was more of a random idea that someone posted here, and we ran with it. That said, I think that everyone that is involved with making the tourney happen enjoys doing it.
I realize that's not an answer, so: it depends.
However, feel free to grab my or JoV's contact and we can always work you in when we practice.

Hey guys! Thank you for the interest in the tournament. I think Mythics has already answered most of the questions, thank you Mythics. When signing up could everyone please include Name.BNet#? It just makes it easier for everyone else. Anyone who has signed up without their BNet# go ahead and sign up again and any duplicates will be removed when the brackets are created. Naw, I don't have a problem with it. This is a for-fun practice tourney anyway. If any of your opponents have a problem with it just let me or Mythics know during the tourney. Good luck!!!!

Sign up's close one hour before tourney. We might close it sooner depending on the number of people, but assume 1 hour. If you really want in feel free to message me or JoV ingame and we will work you in in case of a buy or no show.
For the actual tourney if your opponent doesn't show in 15 min then you are granted the win. For example, if the tourney starts at 7 and your opponent doesn't show by 7:15 then you win.
Check in is handled by being online since we have the name and character codes of everyone. Maps are to be decided, but they will most likely be the current blizzard map selection.

Congrats Alou!!! We may add a Platinum-Diamond division in the near future. The original idea was to get everyone together in a fun and friendly environment to hone their tourney skills and make it a learning experience. Interest keeps on growing, and more and more people are joining, so perhaps we will have a separate tournament that is a little more competitive that has a monetary prize to the winner. If anyone is interested in such, PM me or Mythics here or in game with the contact information above.

Notorious Gaming is the channel. Not sure how popular it is though since we mostly use RaidCall or whatever it is.
Hopefully it will be weekly, but we're not to sure. For now just take it as it comes.

Im new player in the Starcraft scene, and obviously am a Bronze player still, and this is awsome but...im from Europe and i havent found any low-tier tournaments so far, wish one of these happened for us Europeans as well

Well i don't feel bad knowing the guy who beat me made it to the semi-finals. Had fun in the chat and met some people to practice with. Looking forward to next week.
