I care deeply about StarCraft 2 and eSports. I may not be able to keep up to date on every event but I do try to follow it. In terms of 2v2s, I know 1v1 is where the heart of the eSports scene lies but in terms of popularity, there are generally more multiplayer players then there are 1v1 players and the 2v2 matchups have been interesting. The idea behind the tournament was to pit one clan against another head to head and have it more of a "team feel" and 2v2 was one way to accomplish that.

If I had to redo it, I would make a lot of changes so that everything is much more organized and viewers could follow the results much more easily. As much fun as this tournament is and the replays have truly been a joy to cast, I don't know if I'll get to host another tournament like this. It really depends on the views on the videos themselves. I'll post in this thread if the replays ever become public as I need to check with Machinima to see how they want to release them if at all. For those of you guys who are still confused about what is going on, please make sure to visit and check out the Liquipedia for current results as there are a number of great people out there who really stepped up in order to make this tournament easier to follow. I'll be posting up some more games tonight as well. My computer has been recording, uploading and encoding videos 12 hours a day for the past 2 weeks from this tournament. I hope you guys enjoy it. Crota You're doing a good job, but please make the results easier to follow. This is a huge league for the community. Thanks

+ Show Spoiler + EG is doing a really great job. With Axslav and Idra helping in the 1v1 department and then having really strong 2v2, EG is making a run for first. I'm waiting on the final round of games to be played as well. Keep checking the thread and my page for more games.

That makes no sense at all tbh. With that format, a team that goes 0-4, 0-4, 4-3 and 4-2 (13 losses) will have a better record than a team that goes 3-4, 3-4, 4-3 and 4-3 (14 losses) even though the overall record of team 1 is 8-13 and that of team 2 14-14. Wins minus losses would be a much fairer way of deciding the tiebreaker. It does make sense. Basically the same system applies in every tournament, results of complete matches count before results of individual sets.
