Because the terran came too early with only 6 marines? If he waited for say 10, would it have been different? The more marines you have, the better marines become.

They do not walk with the same speed. If you do not actively manage it, your zealots will be way behind your stalkers.


Zealot with Charge is 2.75 and Stalker is 2.95, that pretty similar. I mean more like Zealot with pluslegs compared to Reavers in BW. The pros had to some pretty sick stuff to use them together which led to interesting P matches. I am not talking balance here, just purely from a spectator point of view.

It was a poorly timed rush, if he'd waited for 2 more marines he would have taken the win much faster.

Artosis sees it, but he also plays on the Korean server and he knows the ways that good T's can abuse that. I play on both KR and NA very often and NA T's just don't have the ability to abuse 14 hatch the way KR T's do.
Learn from the mistakes of others, because you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.

.... what? Stalker's NORMAL speed is 2.95, Zealot charge doesn't even benefit them speed-wise until they have enemies in the proximity to charge at. You can't just charge across the map -_-

Artosis is right. If he waited for 2 more Marines, maybe 4, that rush would've been 2-3x more deadly. 14Hatch is dead agaisnt T, at least on the Korean server. Its just too risky v 2rax builds like this.

Seemed like the Zerg was just fine after holding it off the first time.. forgetting to reposition the Spine cost him that one. Also he started droning instead of making more lings in anticipation of the second wave.

Charge makes your zealots move faster, even when not charging.
