MLG has been running tournaments for years at this point, and calling them amateurish only make the person complaining look like a joke. Starcraft 2 is not the only event going on at this site and they have many responsibilities. I'm sure they'd like to delay streams in order to make sure the spectators can view the games, however when time constraints become a legitimate issue sacrifices will have to be made and the outcome wont please everybody.
So your logic is that because they've been doing it for years it's foolish to call them amateurish? That's exactly why they should be more professional, this is not their first rodeo. For some people it may not be a big deal, for others, 2 hour waits are a big deal.
