False advertising comes with the implication of intent to deceive. The advertising is not false if the intention and effort is to fulfill what is advertised. That said, it is annoying and certainly if you paid for HD then you have every right to ask for a refund. Get some perspective people. If you're life is so void of meaning that MLG delaying the stream an hour means the end of the world to you, then you really need to reflect on how much of a failure your life is. | ||
