Tester and Inca were really the only protoss in season 1 that played well imo (I know others went fairly deep in the tourney too, but they all definitely seemed a step below what tester was doing), so to see him knocked out in prelims is a big blow and really sad. Biggest prelim upset thus far imo.

Tester got eliminated in the qualifiers, one of the best players in the world and probably the number 1 Protoss in Korea got eliminated in the QUALIFIERS? I find that EXTREMELY hard to believe. Not for nothing but to be quite honest a lot of the players I wanted to see are eliminated and that kind of makes me not want to spend the 20$ to watch all the VODs. Although, since I am such a big nerd I know I will

Seems like most people here just like to root for names they remember in GSL 1. It is almost expected there would be lots of newcomers who are just as good or better. The ones that are in it deserve it and just because you don`t recognize a player doesn`t mean they suck.
