either way... what do you guys think the FPS on that cast is? seemed REALLY friggin smooth
Yeah I figured he'd be white lol...

Very entertaining game but it seemed like both players made alot of poor judgement calls to let the other keep getting back in it.

if he stopped producing collossi he'd have more than enough gas for the tech switch...

The production values for this are so terrible
Wtf is that in the background of day9 and gunrun. Why no pictures/video/interviews at all? You have tons of dead time but don't bother to interview any of the players.
THis is beyond terrible to watch, was really hoping to get to know some of the players more. It feels worse than a crappy online tournament, also the volume of day 9 is way higher than gunrun.
It really feels like someone spend 30 bucks on a crappy desk and some used background image.
Definitely not gonna give a shit about future IEM events if they don't up the quality of the production.

Just back and forth, recovers his concentration at the end.
More like Drewbie not paying attention, let's half of army die to simple a-move, then doesn't have enough units alive to survive push.
It was an exciting game, but that was definitely Drewbie's loss more than Huk's win.

Unimpressed with either player in that game. HuK just kept doing the same thing over and over even though it didn't work out at all. Then Drewbie had some terrible positioning and decidedes to stim his MM into 4 collosus with his vikings just hanging back.

How come Day9's voice is aaaalways shot when I see him casting live. Somebody needs to teach him some tricks to keep that from happening. He needs some of the stuff Tasteless got from the Korean Commentators.

But Huk catches him in a bad spot and gets a TON of colossus shots on the MM but then HUK just walks his colossus into drewbie's army...
But somehow he managed to get enough kills that he's just pushing into the main of drewbie... the positioning was sooo bad but Huk managed to barely make it work.
Colossus is such a double edge sword by continuing to make them you force vikings which means less marauders but they are sooo expensive. Either way great game great series so far. I think these confirms to anyone doubting that drewbie is a pretty good player.

4 collosi one shot marauders IIRC
each collosi does 16x2 dmg a shot to marauders so 4 do 128dmg per volley which one hsots marauders.
Someone please correct me if im wrong.

I also wonder how long before Terran/Zerg start paying attention to possible pylons behind the brush...

This is completely and totally awesome!!!!

Day 9 needs some warm water.
He should talk to his brother, I remember Tasteless having problems back in Gom invitational 1 but figuring some tricks out by gom2/3

If you look at this game closely and carefully you can see how far is Huk from being a good player. He had harvester advantage through the entire game, but still, fail Collosus micro and bad decisions caused that he has almost lost that game. In fact, if drewbie didn't lose some many units before that last fight, he would have won for sure. Game was pretty epic nonetheless.

Apart from Kiwikaki's games, this event has been a competition of who can do the least complete fuck ups per game.
edit: it's entertaining though! But holy crap...

Pretty good game 3... I thought Huk was dead for sure at several points.

And if he did and Drewbie saw that he would have lost the game. So long to tech that he would have died many times.

I think huk saw what can happen with immortals and EMP(poor suggy) and decided not to risk it.
