Hi guys,
How do you deal with a Terran who goes full mines? Like, 100% mines? I've found it surprisingly hard to deal with. And I dont speak about ideal compos, because it is almost unplayable from min 8:00 for me. I need a way to shut this crazyness down before dropping significantly behind. Everything just seem to die vs this before hit tier2 -_-

Like that's all they are going? No other units? None at all?
That just sounds bad because all you have to do is send 1 ling at a time to detonate the mines and you will get a pretty free win from there. If it's all he's making, then going swarmhosts will just crap on it as well.
Dunno I have never seen it, but I don't see how he could prevent 1 ling from detonating mines if he's going pure mine and nothing else.

Well he can do a hellbat or tank follow up, one guy did this to me, but the last one crippled me so much he just did a mass banshee follow up. Im surprised you never playes vs this, on EU server in diamond league I encountered this several times. Maybe it is no viable (and should not be imo) at GM level for some very obvious reason that I did not figure out.
Problem with the lings is, if he gets 10+ mines, by the time you send lings 1 by 1 and wait the mine to detonate the first mine has reloaded and you had just lost 10 lings and a ton of apm.
The wost part is I scouted this with my first ovie and new 100% this shit was coming, and prepared spores and stuff. Its just that when he borrows in my mineral line I just have to stop mining, then I am chasing his mines with my spine/spore while he just repositions them and denies all unit movement at my ramps etc. And he was off 1 base -_-
The only thing I came across while bainstorming is, as soon as I identify this build, I just put a tumor at my ramp and try to wall of with buildings and drone up and get infestors. Apart from that I have no clue.

Build a few spines and a spore at the entrance of your natural, and at your third. Actually, since he was on one base you prob wouldn't even need a third. Just go 2 base SH and win this. Be sure to scout so you don't get caught by some weird banshee play. Mines can't attack buidings so he can never get past your defences.

Thanks, I'll try that. I mass expanded in response cause I thought he was not able to take them down, but he just burrowed some mines there so no drone could ever reach the minerals.
I just make a few spines he will rush through them, but I guess a wall could work. I just thought there was a "standard" way to deal with it that I was not aware of.

How do i deal with Gate Expand from Protoss? Do i take early Gas when i see it? When to take a third? When to add RW and 2nd/3rd Gas? How do i scout what Protoss is doing (like vs Forge FE gas timings) and how do i react to it?

if you drone scout at 13 take gas when you see it (must be around 16-17 supply), after the pool. You make like 4 lings to check the opponent's wall and if it is gate gate gate throw down a roach warren at like 5-5:30 and prepare to defend a 4gate pressure (roach speedling). I personally add 2nd and third gas very early but that's because I go 2 base muta.. If you want to go for fast third, assuming no 4gate pressure, I would add 2x gas at like 6:30 or so.

Yes, as I feel my build orders needs a lot of gas. Side note, I usually go for my 3rd on the 8 minute mark depending on what is happing in the game.

completely depends on what you are doing. if you go tech heavy muta or infestors you want them asap. if you go for mass roach ling in ZvP for example you want to delay them since if you take them you wont have enough minerals to support roach ling. same for ZvZ. if you go for mutas you want to take gases asap, if you want to go mass roach you might only want to get 1 or none at first.

How do you stop an 8:45 2 base Warp Prism 7 gate after FFE, assuming you opened 3 hatch before gas? I've died to this build every time so far (about 5-6). It seems impossible to scout if they snipe your two overlords in time and spread out their gates, because they don't chrono either the core or the forge. Often toss doesn't take a third or fourth gas with the build, but that doesn't seem reliable on maps where the gas is inside the natural (Derelict or Neo Planet), or if they build a third or fourth gas and don't mine from it.

Gas is a big tell. Scout all gases and click on it so you know if they have been mining from it continuously or not.
