There is no game I am referring to in particular so I don't have a replay as an example. I've normally used BW type hotkeying on my hatches(5,6,7, 8) but I figured with the way its easy to hotkey things on 1 key in sc2, I was wondering how I can switch from each of my hatcheries when they are on 1 key.

So say I out all hatches on 4, how do I switch from 1 to the other so I can perhaps larva inject? I've tried space, tab, etc and it's just random switching not between hatcheries.

Sorry if I am breaking any rules here, would just like to be answered or pointed to a thread where it tells me(I tried searching and to no avail.)

Camera hotkeys are a decent method. You should really be using them anyways, so it's a great thing to be picking up.

There is no way to do that with TAB. However, there's a base hotkey which will center the camera to a main building (hatchery, lair or hive for zerg) and will cycle through the main buildings when you press it repeatedly. By default the key is backspace.

The standard hotkey is 'backspace'

Yeah, rebinding that to space is by far the fastest method out there. Of course, it's also the most prone to screw ups, but some people think the speed is worth it.
