As far as spamming keys goes, if you are only interested in warming up then start off (relatively) slowly and gradually build up speed. In every sport I've ever done, I've never heard "right away, go as hard as you possibly can" ever given as advice on how to warm up. | ||

![]() Do it 7 times straight without fail, and it should become muscle memory then. The more you do it, the better you will remember it. They say that if you mess up once, it takes several rights to correct the wrong (negate the effect of the wrongness which can hinder your muscle memory) Also yes doing 3 or more helps as well. | ||

I do something like.. 2424242442424343434343545454545454454524242424242424242424545454553434343434F1F2F3F1F2F3F1F2F323423423423423423422424242424 And even pros double tap keys sometimes.. just double tap the key back to where you want to be. | ||

What i mean by that is, rather than moving your fingers like a nutcase for the first few minutes, chill out and think about what you want to achieve. Get EAPM, not APM. | ||
