I just listed all the air units for completeness. Obviously a stargate isn't going to be a likely build. Hallucination is certainly obtainable for the build though. Also, while builds can tend to be all-in they are never completely all-in, since they can often times deal enough damage to equalize the game but not outright win it or lose it.
A player preparing for only the exact scenario that occurred in that game and not accounting for variations is doomed to lose again.

Of course random shit and cute variations happens in the game, but a pure blink stalker all-in with good micro is the most dangerous scenario.
Stargate/robo + blink of one base is pretty much impossible, unless it's like Master vs. Silver macro. Sure, a voidray is great. But, two queens can easily push that away, plus its only good vs buildings. An immortal is good too, but making one means you won't have enough stalkers to defend it; plus, it's only good versus buildings like the void. If you tech that much there just won't be enough stuff for a viable push. It will be 5, 6 stalkers less than if you just went pure stalkers. Plus, Zerg will have had time to make even more stuff.
Hallucination takes 80 sec 100/100 to research. You would get it after warpgate as well. At minimum, using it is a 200 gas investment, or 4 stalkers. And what would you do with it? I guess you could hallucinate a phoenix and blink into the main, but then you get surrounded by lings and die while blink is off cooldown. Again, not enough stuff.
An all-in is called an all-in because unless you emerge with a decisive advantage, you are fucked. It doesn't mean you win there necessarily. In this particular all-in, you need to kill the expansion hatchery at the very minimum. If you don't, you pretty much lost.
