Whenever I do something like that, I see a lot of "just make more hatchery" strategies that people like day9 hype up. Just get a super fast 3rd/4th wherever you can and make a some queens and spores. I'm curious if you've come across these hyper-macro players, and how you try and deal with confront them? Do you concede the push and just try to go expo yourself, with a nice mothership to defend you. I imagine (again, no clue if the economics would actually allow for this), that expanding and gradually building into blink and doing a Kiwikaki-esque blink harass => Recall defense could work out. But they're 3-4 base macro might just be too overwhelming at that point. Ideas on how to deal with it?

LaM United States1321 Posts October 14 2011 20:45 GMT #105 I think Void Ray is pretty necessary for this build so you can clear the path to his base for your mothership. If you don't have a Void Ray, it should get spotted and the Zerg can react and beat/delay your recall.
