Do any of you guys know if, when you beat an opponent and for some reason the score screen doesn't show you getting points and the win doesn't show up in you or your opponent's match history, does the win still improve your MMR?
Thanks.
Does it says you won and just doesn't show how many points you got? If that's the case, i would think that your MMR probably got up but for some reason (bug) UI didn't show the points you got for the win. Just my opinion.
Does anyone else get that MAJOR adrenaline rush as a ZERG. Who droned to hard thought you had enough shit at home but realised not, so scramble for the defence to ONLY just survive ? As the last zergling wave comes popping.
Has anyone else blurted YEAH GTFO ?
I know bm but the adrenaline made me do it xD + I apologise at the end of game.

I use it for my probes. If you surround a cannon with probes and press s vs melee units then the other player will have to micro his units to attack the probes to get to the cannon. Also if you're ever fighting with your probes you can press s on a probe to make units will stop attacking it unless they have that probe targeted.
I watch a lot of Starcraft and I was wondering; in TvP pro games why do you never see any siege tanks mixed in with MMM bio builds? I realize that if you built too many then your army would get steam rolled by a big gateway ball but the siege tank is such a great unit I don't know why it isn't seen in pro level TvP. Could someone enlighten me?

I agree with the second advice that you gave to this question but you can't use S and protect the structure because that unit can be moved from the spot you ordered it to stop. You want to use H (hold) in order to achieve protecting the cannon or keeping some choke unpassable.
Does anyone have a replay of a 4gate hitting right on time? I've only found some really old ones done when the map pool was different and warp tech researched faster.

Actually you should use hold position, so they dont move from protecting cannon. THe only time i ever use stop is if I accidentally target my own buildings with my seigetank, since you cant move command the tank, you have to use stop to get it to stop killing your own buildings haha

Simple answer: Gas
extensive answer: Tanks come from factories. That is probably the biggest reason. The gas investment of using your factory (not using it to scout), the tech lab, the research, etc. It would all take away from getting quicker upgrades on your bio ball. Other reasons include that it would promote the usage of other units from the toss, that are also (slightly) effective against the existing meta tech (MMM + viking). Like phoenix (lift tanks, kill medivacs, protect colossus) and immortals (eat tank shells, kill tanks, kill marauders), but those are only mild contributions, the biggest reason is gas.

if you catch it early: make zealots (about 3) and a stalker and try to stop the spines from going down
if you catch it late: lots and lots of cannons in your base to slow the approach of the spines until warpgate can finish and you can just overrun it with stalker micro.

checklist: -Does your queen near the macro hatch have low energy? -Are you making mostly low tech units (lings, roaches)? -Is your money excessively high?
If you answered yes to at least 2 of those questions, then yes, have a queen at your macro hatch.
Some pros may use the extra energy on a nearby queen to inject the macro hatch, others are managing their money fine without it because of either better macro or a different unit composition/income.

What is the easiest way to check and get to the optimal drone saturation? I switched to Zerg and that makes me have more bases and sometimes I get over-saturated, so I was wondering how to have the optimal number of drones ar each mining base without spending too much time. Thanks.
If you have 16 drones at a base all of them will work at 100%, the next 8 drones you add will work at like 30% An easy way to check if you have 16 drones is to box your workers at the mineral line, if you have 2 full lines you have 16 drones.
Don't forget 6 additional workers in gas at each base, so 22 at each base is optimal.

This isn't a replay, but Game 1 of Dreamhack 2011 Finals HuK vs FOXMoon was a warpgate hitting perfectly.
In TvZ, Im just wondering, is marine tank medivac still the "standard" and decent way to play it? If so, does anyone have a general build order for that? I did a search but none of them did a build that I want exactly, which is marine tank medivac.
Also in TvP, if the enemy has mass Zealots, mass Ghost is a decent choice since they do so much damage to light units, as much as marauders to armored right?
Thank you
TvZ: Yes Marine/Medi/Tank is still standard, BO is more than a simple question, try looking at some BO guides on TL. TvP: Not quite, MMM deals with it quite well if you stutter step the stim. Ghosts can't stim and are gas/time expensive. Zealots are also more meat than shield, so you don't want more than 2-3 ghosts for EMP in such a situation anyways.
Why do Zergs infested terrans share upgrades from zerg missile attacks, when the raven's autoturrets don't share any upgrade advantage (neither bio|mech|air)?

Though this is not really a strategic question, I would guess that the answer is because the autoturret is considered a structure, and not a unit, unlike infested terrans & broodlings which can still move.
Note: photon cannons and spines are not affected by upgrades.
edit: Note that the autoturret can receive armor and ranged upgrades from the Eng-bay, and uses structural armor.
Do you think I should upgrade my 5850 1gb graphics card? I turned down all the settings to low so I can get smooth as butter gameplay but I miss the detailed graphics. Does anyone know which settings to turn high or low for such a card?.
