Do you have any intention in upgrading some of the models? Reaver one is just underwhelming. Also the Infestor abillity animations could be more overdone. I hope that 3d max integration to the editor makes that easier.
Im going on summer vacation now and wont have a computer so I wont be able to help out with the mod as much as I would like to, but once I am back I plan on helping you guys out a lot. This project made me realise there is hope for making SC2 what it is supossed to be.
Also, I would make changing pathing a priority and balance the mod from there.
( Unfortunatelly Im not skilled with the editor or making animations so what i tought with my help is mostly feedback and constructive crticizm. Hope thats not a problem )

Looking for mapmakers!
People have wrote to me and wanted to participate in this MOD in different ways! Thats great.
But what this MOD really need right now is better maps!
I try to avoid standard SC2 maps cause they are so assosciated with.. well.. sc2..
Anyone wanna design a map? You have a map laying around? You know some great maps?

By the way, what maps do you have uploaded in NA?

you could ask maverick from the sc2bw project for some broodwar maps (maybe they are better for your mod)

Just played a game, it was much more fun than what I expected! Played a tvp and tvz, lost the tvp (damn warp-ins) and won the tvz, that felt awesome to play a "real" mech style, with tanks doing insane amount of damage, mines etc...

had some games with jetap it was fun but there was one issue with the mines units dont shoot on mines if an enemy unit is nearby (even if the mines are much closer) units should atleast attack the nearest mine its hard to talk about balance yet so i wont
EDIT: i felt the baneling and the lurker have the same purpose? feels kinda odd

How does the new economy feel? To much money, to little money? To slow or to fast economy in the beginning? Good balance in gas and minerals?

i like the new income system i hardly felt having too much money of one kind of resource
btw i dislike that you removed all the training animation on barracks etc although there were alot of anims missing in broodwar (alot of scouting information could be achieved by seeing the build animation of goon range for example) i think its important for scouting
EDIT: maybe you should descrease the cost of call down scvs to 25 mins

I havent changed that at all. There seems to be some kind of errors. The stargate for protoss has the same thing, sometimes its show that is producing, sometimes not. I have no idea what have caused it : /
