Is it possible to use SC2 style fog of war? I don't see the point in the BW style; it just obfuscates learning the map. This isn't really a big deal so it's almost not worth mentioning, but I would like to see it as one of the features you can enable or disable. Or just have it as SC2 style with no toggle.

Any thoughts?

The FOW is there to stop you from drilling through ramps and stuff when you havnt scouted

Few things I've noticed so far in 2 games in the SC2BW Tournament
  • Placing a hatchery by the water in DEstination will cause all the larva to spawn and die immediately (top position natural).
  • Drone rally still is separate from main rally.
  • On CC/Nexus/Hatchery, "r" should be hotkey for rally

Hey maverck can we do something about the attacks/pathing of scvs/other units or something

Its most noticable in scvs, the way they surround and the AI and the way they accelerate to attack, it seems too good atm - scv all in is almost undefendable because each scv does same damage as a marine, but the AI is extremely strong
Dunno its hard to explain, just watch a video of SCV's attacking and you can see in BW, they goto their target, and delay as they lineup properly, and THEN start attacking, where its almost instant here

Hey maverck, where are the files to this custom map installed in? Lets say i wanted to find the textures for the dragoon, where would in what folder would i find it?

Any plans on publishing Fighting Spirit / Destination / Python to EU? I can find them on US but not on EU sadly enough.

I was playing this with some friends the other day. Great job!

However: Reavers just seem too retarded. I dropped a reaver multiple times behind a mineral line and about 3/4 times, it just got stuck. Now reavers were pretty bad, but never that bad. The one time it actually went through, it took so long that my friend just moved his workers away.

That's the only thing that really caught my eye: the rest of it looks fantastic!

While inaccurate, it is better this way. Why remove the accessibility features? Why do you think I'm playing SC2BW and not S:BW? because of perks like separate rallies.

if i can i'll make it only 1 rally when automine is disabled. but remain there by default.

reavers need a clear line of sight. or atleast nothing in the way that can "catch" the scarab.
i will constantly work on the reaver. but it's not easy to get it perfect.
