How are HSM a good counter? It will only hit if the zerg forgets about his mutas. Storm is way too small to be a reliable defense atm, and dont even get me started on archons. No corsairs, shitty storm, shitty archons, no irradiates are all things that you need to consider.
If you could stack mutas in regular 1on1 right now, you would need to improve the other races ability to fight mutas.

Hahahahahah that one missile turret fucking owned you.

Nice.
What was Blizzards excuse for not adding it?

Yes I feel the same way. Especially in this case where it's known that it is intended to work the way it does. I mean people must have zero knowledge in coding and even less trust into Blizzard to believe they can create a huge game like SC2 but fail at coding simple stuff. It's really annoying to read such stupid comments...
Edit: Highways is another one.
Answer to your question? Because Blizzard obviously decided that they do NOT want this kind of stacking mechanic to be exactly the same as in Broodwar.

Did he write more stuff originally that got him warned? I'm just afraid to do something wrong.
The video looks interesting but like someone else said it looks like the mutas move kind weird.

TL's Pro mod is taking shape lol

As previously said, this - if implemented - could become imba, in this video the user wasnt using a lot of mutalisks, I mean u can stack like 50 of them. People have been saying that splash and AoE counter it; it doesnt. Storm is way too weak and slow, archons are weak as well, the speed of those mutas seemed pretty high, not to mention that a high number of mutas can one hit a lot of things. Also Mutas arent even supposed to be close to those units in the first place, unless they try snipe key units, otherwise they should be in the enemy's mineral-line.
Didnt mention thors at all as they are rather easy to avoid.

HSM. no. storm only needs to hit for 1 maybe 2 seconds to hurt and scare mutas away archons are bad at the moment BECAUSE mutalisks do not stack. if they did. you would see archons back. also please no irradiates? like terran needs it when they have THORRRSSSSS

Haha cmon the damage was spread amongst 3 mutas rather than the turret just sniping one. I only lost 1 muta and only on its final shot which I think is a fair effort, gosh such high standards Pretty sure pros would fare much better than this.
Not only that, I think I pretty much halved its DPS, not sure :D
Though looking at some of the comments I probably should really (really) practise SC1 muta micro and then work on it again, I was never a zerg player, so I can see where people are coming from.

Not making an imbalanced and unrealistic unit I guess.
What this guy did is removing the decceleration and increasing the acceleration along with the speed, anyone can do that, if you want to have a Broodwar style micro, just raise the range too, and then you will have a so powerful unit that entire MU will revolve around it.

I just watched the video. Pretty sick. Could you change the pheonix so that it does this too? Anyways I hope a blizzard employee will see this and a light bulb will go off in his/her head.

You can balance them in other ways than making them unresponsive and dull...
I think it's AWESOME!

Saying that stacking Mutalisks would make it a unrealistic unit I personally find very amusing.

I really doubt this will turn into an MLG style debacle where "pro" players only play the modified version of the game and look down on the standard "n00b" version of the game. MLG is horrible for game communities.

U R MY HERO! ^^'
At least now we know if Blizz keeps F'ing up SC2, there is still a possibility for a Pro-Mod or sth like that!
One of the biggest Issues with SC2 for me seems to be at least solvable by a community-effort - really makes me happy.
