This was actually kind of hard for me to choose X_X
Jinro winning was awesome for him.. The internet failing was a huge story.. PainUser doing SO well against Liquid and taking third place. Even TTOne getting second was a big story because I would've never put him up there with the top tier players playing in MLG, but he definitely proved me wrong.
Guess I'll have to go with the internet failing though

fear my photoshop skills
(rofl @ jinro angry face)

internet fail didnt even happen.
the problem wasnt with bnet, it was an MLG problem with their own tech.
|
Tie between Jinro and Painuser's showings. Both were big surprises.
|
The technical difficulties, hands down cause we got to see an epic zvz in which day[9] told jinro to leave him alone and set his status to busy.

MLG has to get permission from Blizzard to organize tournaments featuring Starcraft 2 just like everyone else, so it's highly unlikely they'd blame Blizzard for anything that goes wrong even if it is their (Blizzard's) fault, for fear of not being able to do future events due to bad publicity.

I was pleasantly surprise by Jinro domination of MLG Dallas and the internet failing is pretty much expected. =D
TL FIGHTING

lol. I forgot all about the internet fail. that is definitely the biggest upset. freakin' retarded blizzard.

Because it all being MLG's fault is so much better publicity than it all being Blizzard's fault, right?
The problem is with links in the chain that have nothing to do with either end. This is what MLG ended up saying, and I believe it because it is nothing new. The Internet has fucked up so often that I don't even pay attention any more, I just wait for things to get fixed.
They do need LAN, but lay off the tinfoil please. It's not becoming of you.

Personally, I was pleasantly surprised with TT1's showing than anything else. The fact the finals were delayed by over a hour was pretty ridiculous too.

Jinro showing bawlz of fucking chillipepers, good stuff! ;D
And battlenet is fucking *** kktnx hope some blizz employee reeds this poll

Defiantly Jinro. 100% amazing

Yeah, it's happened at every single IRL sc2 event so far yet blizzard still won't give us LAN play.

The only good thing to come out of the internet fail was Day[9] playing djWheat.
Now that, was entertaining.
|
I distinctly recall a Blizz rep saying, "We're going to make Bnet 2.0 so fast and connect players sufficiently enough not require LAN support".. Yeah I remember that.
Proof is in the pudding, ActiBlizzion.

TLOwnage vs Jinrownage NOW PLEASE!
Voted Jinro. Though TL 4/8 is pretty high up there.
