SC1 macro took incredible multitasking and apm while sc2 is just making drones while not dieing. Its only game sense now rather than pure mechanical skill.

The maps are Scrap Station, Xel'Naga Caverns, and Blistering Sands. The maps heavily favors Z, with the exception of Xel'Naga Caverns. Immeadiately following his match will be EGIdrA going up against IMmvp on the maps Blistering Sands This is absolutely ridiculous. Those maps couldn't be worse for out players if they tried. How the hell can the GSL have a map system so pathetically bad as this?

I do think it's kind of lame though how they pick the GSL maps. Honestly though Starcraft 2 just needs more maps in general.

thx for the fast recap, it's quite nice to read it so fast after the games happened On November 30 2010 18:33 Plexa wrote: It makes Moon vs Boxer more probable which is good for gom + Show Spoiler + Mpf, yeah I wasnt aware of that, but looking at the brackets of ro 64 it was extremely likely to me that they were rigged. This explains why they did this horrible change, to control whos gonna play who even more...
