Doesn´t that technically mean that Onegu wasn´t using the ban list for his game, and shouldn't be able to ban people based on it? We had that discussion a couple of ban list threads ago. Where Doc Helvetica wanted to ban people after explicitly stating he wasn´t using the ban list. Or something.

Beneather was on the ban list (meaning: not allowed to play in games that follow the ban list). Yet he played in Onegu´s game. Thus Onegu was ignoring the ban list, intentionally or not.

Ah, fair point. By definition Onegu's game didn't follow the banlist. Beneather remains at his one-game ban. sicklucker's /sitout still counts though, he sat out the game so his ban is removed.

The bolded is the important part. That piece of information led directly to town instantly losing the game. This is basically the same thing as a dead mafia outing his team.
I'm requesting 3 game, but semi-permanent might actually be the correct call here. It's intentionally ruining a game because you're unhappy about being lynched. I'll leave that decision to the almighty blazinghand.

Just going to weigh in, for what it's worth.
I'd have to agree with Palmar, though town had its faults prior to the day 3 lynch (i.e. we were quite disorganised), I really took great care in not outing my role or even softing it and how the mafia managed to nail both Tictock and my own roles was beyond me, I looked through the mafia qt and you re-read messages 550-560 between Rels and Fidei and sure enough, Bill Murray's claim directly led to the soup as Rels was debating claiming the same role that BM had claimed and they still had a backup plan after that.
I am admittedly somewhat biased as I issued a ban not too long ago for something similar in Himalayas, but I feel especially as Palmar was more explicit on this, I don't know why Bill Murray had done this.
Only thing is severity...when I looked up the ban for GB, he had no precedent and even with a 1 game ban, people contested what I put out. If there is precedent for him doing this, then I see where 3 to semi-perm comes in. With intention (I know GB was raging too but this was more blatant than what happened in Himalayas), I'd say more than 1 for sure, but beyond that I can't really say.
Irrespective, I trust Palmar/BH's judgement on this. The ban is more than warranted.

@HTS BM has already been removed off the semi-perm list once... maybe even twice.
He's like the most banned guy on TL mafia, and yes he has flipped out and ruined games in rage before.
The problem is, I actually like BM, he's a pretty nice guy for the most part, he just has these fits of anger that cause him to do really stupid stuff that affects everyone. I just can't think of any alternative solution to the banlist to deal with it, unless we do something like just not banning him at all and accept that once a year he'll break a game in rage.
I don't really care one way or the other. The thing about BM is that he's not a compulsive asshole in between his rage bursts, so 90% of his games he's just fine.

In that case, I'd be asking for 3 to semi-perm then. Not arguing against you at all Palmar, not in the least, more ignorance from my end.
