Vayesh was no different. He was also afraid. Afraid he might die at any time. As such he felt it was best that he told everyone what was needed now. He is a station researcher . With that he sat back to figure out the best candidate to be promoted to captain.

Slowly taking the data pad from the floor Vayesh returned to his chair, and gazed down at the contents displayed. Incognito, Captains log, star date unknown It is worse than I feared. It has only been a few weeks since the ship has been enveloped by this horrible vegetation if that is what you would call it. The crew has long since given up hope of ever getting home. How could they expect to with people being enveloped in that red overgrowth. I fear what is worse is that someone of my crew may be responsible for selection of who has been leaving our side. Too many grudges have been settled violently for it to all be coincidence. I have also noticed people running around when everyone else is sleeping. It just doesn’t seem natural. I hope that my fears are unfounded however the longer we go without hope the more likely it is that we will give in to our fears and all will be lost. I plan to begin interviews with the crew soon to find out what I can and hopefully shed some light on this mystery. I don’t want any repeats of what happened in the crew quarters a few nights ago.

It has only been a few hours since my last log but I realize that I am now being followed. I realized I had picked up a tail after I had checked what used to be our hydroponics bay. A figure had seemingly pulled itself out of the red growth and began to follow me. The more time that went by, the more the figure began to resemble more of a human like form. Without decent light I have not been able to discern who this person is, all I know is that nothing good is planned. I have decided that I will wait till my new shadow decides to leave me in peace. Once it has gone I will begin to get a real inventory count made as to know what provisions we still have, but now that I am sure we are being attacked, what weapons we also still have in stock. I now will put down my log and pick up my gun, and hope it brings me safety in the coming days. Vayesh sat back after reading the newest log that had been delivered to him. It was perplexing as to why he was being given these documents. What was more puzzling was that someone knew of the captains suspicions and rather than trying to get a rapport going, opted to instead just drop random pieces of information. Knowing that there was some strange entity that could make themselves look like the crew was vital information however. Information that could be used to garner who was real and who was fake. Vayesh began to pay attention to the com's again when he heard people beginning to push for someone to be pushed out an airlock. All at once however. It was a very odd happening as no one had really mentioned the potential victim of "justice" til this point. What was more suspicious was that two of the people responsible have some of the most suspicious attitudes. After careful consideration, Vayesh is glad he wants Ace to be captain. Perhaps then one of the men staying in the shadows will receive the attention they deserve.

Vayesh pondered this and sighed once more. It was time people opened their eyes he thought. It was time people realized the alien node, or the alien marvellosity As such Vayesh input his vote ##vote node

Space, the final frontier These are the voyages of the Badass Ace His continuing mission: To explore strange new worlds To seek out new life; new civilizations To boldy go somewhere the retards are not. I talked, I screamed. I yelled at men to not listen to the lies of other men. I have become the accessory to stupidity. But the most damning thing of all…..I realized I just don’t care. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Incognito was right about one thing – A guilty conscience was a price that could destroy the safety of the space station. Vayesh put down his log and scoffed at the man known as marvel. If only people realized how easy it was to deceive one another in private conversations. How easy it was to result in pointless finger pointing when someone is revealed to be a liar and a monster. How much chaos will ensue. How putting blind trust in two people who are absent has led to a lack of order that should already have been created. The facts are clearly outlined infront of us all, where all of us can hear them, and you all refuse to listen. Again Vayesh sighed. What hope was there if the people needing it were so blind.

Seems like he was a little hesitant to back up what I would agree is a good case with his actions, which is a scum move - trying not to stick his neck out too far. If he's town he'll have a good reason though. Vayesh would suggest that anyone heavily suspected of being an alien but is given a chance to prove he is not and fails to follow through would die. As such an alien or crew member would be slightly afraid to start a wagon no? Vayesh thinks this is logical from his com room.

Vayesh believes our gaze should stay on sinani, strongandbig for now and possibly ET, chaoser, and any one else who seems suspicious later.

He knew it was me and told sandro, or heavily implied to sandro, within like hours of day 1. As I know I was a super late joiner + there were a ton of posts to read overall in xxx, the chances of him speed figuring out are low. More likely that I was IP checked. He could have remembered I was a smurf from ages ago (always possible) but given that no one else in this game did -_-

We didn't do well, we broke the game mechanics and thus fucked the mafia who could do nothing to stop it. Sandro and GM for doing this should be ashamed and no one involved in the process of the pm work should be proud either. Beating a mafia team because the game is able to be broken and unwinnable for them is not something any of us should be proud of.

To be honest drH this game would have been insanely well done had you not included pms. The only setup note I will comment on past that is this. Town should never at any point have 14 power roles if the mafia number is 6. Period. They had to sacrifice kp to use powers, and town had 14 abilities. Town should never have more than 2-3 power roles over mafia # (thats being gracious) but more than double their number is insane. Think of it this way. In one night (given that risk + node both shot twice) they could have day shot, killed two people, night shot killed two people, and mafia shoot two hatters who correctly dropped bombs and mafia lose. Town should never EVER be able to completely win a game that fast.

Town had a pretty bad night 1, most items were given away and then immediately returned, the pharmacist accomplished nothing, Ace didn't learn anything useful from his camera either. i saw two day shots and at least one night shot? thats 3 kp. Correct usage of bombs and bad mafia shots (from your spreadsheet / knowing who actually had bombs) could have killed 3 more. Factor in lynches and again. Did it happen? No. But its way to many powers in the hands of the town. Had mafia's powers been free to use until said player with the power died, or they could use stolen items themselves at no cost it would be much more even. Town may have had a bad night 1, except we still killed a mafia, lynched correctly, then followed up with two shots and a lynch. I also had a bomb placed correctly thus ensuring my own safety or they lose another member.

I don't appreciate you implying that I would have fucked it all up as mafia either or when you told me straight up you think I'm low enough to lie about the setup and would believe sandrobas estimate of the game over what I'm telling you as the mod. Mafia did not play perfectly. Not going to agree with him there. However town did not play a game of mafia, they played a game of lets break the game. I gotta head to be and this is the last I will say of it. I believe to many blue roles via items this game, however by removing pms town would never have broken the setup and players who were herp derping terribly (like VE) and the like would have been killed well before ever using their abilities correctly. Town played horribly, as did mafia. I honestly believe that Ace, myself, and tailsmania were the only people this game who did any form of analysis / logical discussion in this thread that IMO was worth reading. A few others did try such as marvel, however the game was mainly enjoyable for me as I was allowed to live without pressure of my name. I do thank you for letting me smurf! Anyway, it was an interesting setup, people played against the spirit of the game, nothing you could have done on that. If you ever do a similar setup, just remove pm's and it will be a fuck ton more even. I'd say lower the blue count, but with the current level of play, town would honestly rape itself senseless.

If you compare myself to perfect I'm sure I'll come up short. Sorry. I must suck. Quit with the attitude. Sure you found a ton of scum, however you did not play a game of mafia. You did not analyze, you tried and managed to break a game setup. That is nothing to be proud of. Regardless of how you played within the game result wise you played hardcore against the spirit of the game. The amount of attitude you are currently displaying makes it clear you have no fing idea what you did wrong.

As a host I can clearly state that in no point in time do I expect players to suggest, quote, or drop heavy hints to the contents of my role pm wording. I only really talked to sandro day 1 and all he wanted was my role, exactly what it was (to make sure it was the same as everyone else claimed), and what item I had. But saying "its a dt role, its a hatter role" etc... wasn't specific enough, it had to be the exact name of the item. I didn't like the direction he was taking and never really talked to him after that. The only other people I talked to at all during this game were giving me similar feedback. How do you think my view is going to be? Nothing I saw or heard was at all scum hunting, it was "show me your pm" basically.
