First off, Node has been lurking like a bitch. If you read Palmar's first analysis where he suspects Aidnai, Kurumi, and Scamp, you notice 2 things. One, he calls Aidnai out on active lurking. Two, he has a list of lurkers
Youngminii, OpZ, Flamewheel, DoctorHelvetica, Kenpachi, Misder, Chezinu, Fishball, BloodyC0bbler.
Notice how Node is missing despite him being a huge lurker! This seems to be intentional dodging by mafia so that they don't bring suspicion onto their teammates.
To further this idea, notice how Palmar quotes Jackal talking about Node, among others, yet never even comments/mentions him. Bum, the other scum, never even MENTIONED Node whatsoever.
Now, onto Node himself. Notice how wishy-washy he is:

Also note how he has yet to actually vote for a single scum. Day 2, he didn't vote Bum, he voted VisceraEyes and then Pandain, both of which can be seen as trying to redirect onto someone else or just trying to get a no-lynch. This is markedly different from his day one attitude when he said

What would make him change his philosophy so quickly? Simple, his scum buddy is on the line. Day 1, a lynch either way is good for him because he'd be lynching town. Day 2, a no lynch is better for him because, well, mafia gets a freaking no lynch!

This is also during day 2, and it seems to me that he's trying to get ANOTHER different bandwagon going off my analysis with little contribution of his own. This would make sense for scum to do, that is, try and get 3 bandwagons going so that they can have a no lynch. Here, Node is suggesting VE, Pandain, and tnkted. But guess what, he never even votes for tnkted because it's just a soft push. Because he doesn't to actually commit that early in the day.

To try and bring suspicion onto VE. Then he leaves and doesn't talk for about three days so the pressure from VE will be gone. His first post is only AFTER Curu came out and called Palmar scum. This way he can sneak in some posts while town is supposedly complacent and the suspicion is off of himself.
Oh, and one more thing, Node hasn't done anything this game. No analysis behind his "suspects." No pressure at all. Look how quickly he backs off.
