At least some of the scum must hide in the inactives.
Kevconsim was a replacement for Rising_Phoneix, who did not even vote on day 1.
Rising_Phoenix is an extreme case of inactivity, which is a scumtell.
Kevconsim has inherited his role and is doing the same thing.
This is VERY suspicious.
