I'll also probably change it from the original BB Mafia to make it a Nightless game with deadlines, Day/Night with deadlines, or Day/Night with first kill ends the day like the original. Really depends on the Town PRs that I put in. For some reason when you said Bang Bang, I thought of Guts and Glory and was wondering if Coag would be invited. :p

Is the Bang Bang setup really considered 'normal'?

I would like an opportunity to cohost. Is this the right thread in which to indicate my interest?

Yeah I'm also still looking for an opportunity to cohost again.

i'm taking cohosts for my game, meaning you'll likely be running the whole game while i afk. pm me if interested

I'd like to go down for another themed after the last one in the Q. I will need 2 cohosts for it.
My concept is tri-town mafia. This is how it would work.
You have three towns infested with scum. Each town has its own QT. A complete day cycle has three 24 hour phases (morning/afternoon/evening). Each town nominates someone to be lynched during the morning in their QT. Towns will have like a 9/2 town:scum ratio or maybe 8/2. It could become much smaller than that if needed.
In the main thread during the afternoon/evening, the mod announces all the lynch nominees from each town and the towns as a whole must vote which one to get rid of. All scum can communicate and know who each other are. IF town wins 2/3 towns, town as a whole wins. If mafia win 2/3 towns, mafia as a whole wins.

What is considered normal now? It has mostly standard roles. The No-Lynch mass day kill mechanic may be the only thing not "normal" but it isn't a theme game to me either.

What happens if for instance, in the 1st town mafia already won but they exist with other townies? (for instance, 2v2, 2 scum and 2 town, but mafia wins).
If the other 2 towns haven't finished their "games" yet, what do they do? Does their game continue as well? Do they nominate candidates, or can they still talk in the "main" thread? Can the townies still alive in that "town" out the other scum to the "main" thread? Or is it pointless since they can't elect them for a lynch?
Also, would there be vigs/DTs that can act on other "towns"? Other than that it sounds cool.

Normal games are supposed to only include standard blues, no extra rules and no weird mechanics, just day and night and the most popular roles. If it has anything else, like non-standard roles and the different day/night+lynch mechanics that you mentioned, then sign it up as a themed game.
It´s been discussed that normal games are rarely normal here, and I don´t like that. If you sign up for a normal game, then you should be able to play almost without reading the OP, and identify every aspect of the different roles simply by their name.

Those mafia/town would get taken out of the game in that case I suppose. They'd just have to wait for their scumbuddies to win another one to take the whole game.

If that is the case then I'm fine changing it to a theme game.

After talking it over with others, yes we're considering it a Themed game. I've gone ahead and put you in the queue anyways even though it's overfull. Cyber_Cheese will be putting up his themed game next anyways as Incognito needs a little more time to get his game ready.

I'd like to cohost sometime as well. DoctorH do you have both your cohosts already?

All scum can communicate and know who each other are. IF town wins 2/3 towns, town as a whole wins. If mafia win 2/3 towns, mafia as a whole wins. This is interesting, but can members of specific town PM each other or only post in the QT/Main thread? If they can't PM, it seems likely to me towns won't bother using their respective QTs, but just post in the main thread.

They can only post in the QT main thread. They have to use their QT to nominate someone to be lynched that day. I'm considering not allowing anyone to post in the main thread during the morning phase. The afternoon would start with a post from the mod announcing each lynch candidate and during the remaining 48 hours the lynch candidates will appeal their cases to try to get another one lynched.
Because town can not read eachothers QT's (they are hidden) it makes no sense to discuss anything but who out of the current candidates should be lynched and possibly what the mafia/town balances are in the towns. When it comes to actual scumhunting in the towns it has to be done consistently throughout the game and exclusively in the quicktopics.
This breaks scumhunting up into two phases. The first phase would be the most familiar phase and it is trying to determine who is scum in a small town of about 10-11 people. The second phase is more about determining which cases are good and differentiating between bad town/mafia out of a set list of lynch candidates. This is a skill I think a lot of TL players lack anyway.

[M] I'm a cop you idiot mafia is over

imho the second phase would be a shitstorm. But with some blue roles it would work out really swell.
