I used youtube to go back and youre actually right, it had just a sliver of CD left, I guess the couple seconds it took made all the difference, it only came up mid fight so there was no point in TPing in

If I'm not mistaken, lich bane is going to make Kass more relevant right now. Looking at the draft, if this game goes late there's no way SKT can win imo. So itemising for an earlier power spike while sacrificing lategame seems like a good call.
