If you missed it, EDG were up 11k gold and pretty much never close to losing the game but then deft valkyried in doublelift style and threw in the game in a single teamfight, OMG took tier 2 then inhib turret and ended the game off it.

Some pointless LPL player related gossip before this week's matches!

1) #Flankie news you never wanted. TBQ got rejected by Flandre, and Fireloli got rejected by Rookie. The funny thing is, Flandre, as many people already know, is the type to play all types of random shit in solo queue, but since Rookie really wants to climb up the ladder (not just have fun :O!), he used to tell Flandre to troll less basically, so recently Flandre has been playing a little bit more top lane. A little bit. Rookie also played with his boss this week (was advised by someone on IG staff to make sure he doesn't steal any kills from the boss), so he had to turn down Flandre's duo offer. Flandre went to sleep after that because he said he didn't want to play by himself.

These kids, lol.

2) EDG has gotten a tiny white pomerian dog. At least, it looks like a pomerian so I'm going with that. I feel like eventually all the LPL teams will have pets, although it seems like team cats are the most popular.

3) Teams that qualified for the Demacia Cup quarters were shooting some promos for that... I am looking forward to seeing those pictures/videos lolololololol. Zzitai said he would invite everyone to his house if IG wins (since he's from Beijing and is a child of privilege).

4) Flame cosplayed as Ezreal because he lost a bet with someone. Some people said it looked more like the Joker than Ezreal lololololol. The LGD weibo usually posts more pictures of PYL's cats than the players lmao.
