WE's focus in teamfights is so bad.

Conan also needs to be more consistent in his Morgana binds. There's something wrong when you can't bind a target that got cc'ed by Naut.

Now EDG decides to fight in a choke vs this tankline+Victor.

Nvm WE remains horrible at teamfights. Honestly, I think their best chance at winning any game against any team is doing a poke/siege comp so they can avoid teamfighting since they suck at it.

On the other hand, EDG's been looking sloppier than their usual standard (even with subs) the past few weeks. I hope they clean things up soon :O! When they play cleanly, those are my fav. games to watch.

I was honestly going to sleep through this set since I tend not to watch WE sets due to continued resigned disappointment.

Edit: WTF IT HAPPENED. HOW... I have to say, WE always somehow manages to get a game from EDG. Somehow. It literally defies all rational logic. At least Spirit is smiling.

The continued question remains: how hard can Spirit carry :O (or will the weight of his team crush him)?

Chinese casters are saying it was debatable between Spirit and Aluka, but Aluka had some critical hooks (i.e. the one following up Spirit's engage in the final teamfighting on Deft so he insta-died at the start of it); although Spirit's engage for the last teamfight was very good as was his usual play. I think it's more Spirit did Spirit things and Aluka played better than usual so they gave it to him (even though I disagree :<).

LOL Aluka looks very confident today. Also, that first pick Naut lolol.

The two possible outcomes: A miracle happens or EDG does their standard G2 stomp.

A minor miracle already happened so I guess I can count my lucky stars? lmao

It's not that bad. It can still be support. Especially when ali is out.

WE's pick this game is a bit weird though.

It's half between teamfighting and a pick comp.

I feel they need to do the picks though. Not confident with their teamfighting.

Edit: Just noticed the seating in LPL is the players facing each other. Definitely prefer this layout.

Conan's Naut has never been very good... It wavers between sort of decent and not good. I don't think it's worth first pick by any means, but WE tends to pick Aluka's champion in first 2 rotations since his pool is small, so I can sort of understand it.

PLU used this layout starting this split (part of it is due to space issues since they didn't get the venue they wanted). It's grown on me, but I think for fans who want to take photos of players, might make it harder depending on angles and such.

Also Koro doing Koro things.

Also, even though I give Aluka tons of flak, he probably is the best user of Sion ults.
