I think you're forgetting about the truly strongest and oldest team in the universe. The Team Gravity that holds all the other teams together. The only similarly strong team would be a Team Time and that team hasn't been formed yet.

Is shitposting all the sudden not getting warnings in this thread?

Im going join tsisme a new religion.
Here are the 5 prayers:
-Must chant tsm in the public 10 times each day
-Must post on reddit,tl,facebook,4chan.. that tsm and their players are best team in the world.
-Must downvote everyone or shittalk someone who disagree
-Must watch the stream and chanting tsm and donating a offer
-Must play wukong in a game each day
|
It is quite sad how many people dislike tsm just because of people(perhaps trolls hard to say) like limpinggoat.
|
To be fair I used to dislike TSM because of the bro culture, but now that Regi, TRM, Oddone and Chaox are gone it's no longer the case, I wonder if some people simply still attach that image to the team.

Hey guys let's tone down the hyperbole, already too old to be funny satire, and other shitposting for now. You can gloat when the team you support wins, but for now, let's not spam the thread. Thanks.

Quality over Quantity. That's how we rule.

I think its weird how outlandish some people consider TSM possibly being the best team in the world is. Any reasonable person, even if they think don't think TSM is going to prove to be the best, should be able to recognize that it is a real possibility.

It is also a real possibility that AHQ is the best team in the world. It is also a real possibility that I can flop three royal flush in a row playing poker.
Just not very popular opinion though.

TSM is good, but I think playing against the best in the other regions will expose some of their players.

You may not agree with their opinions, but this is a thread that allows people to support their favorite players and teams. Just because you may not agree with their opinions on TSM does not mean that they're shitposting. You need to stop flooding the reports queue with 5-6 reports of posts that you disagree with. Just because you disagree with their opinions doesn't make them necessarily bad posts. Yes, I understand that they're obnoxious, but that's what fans are. Obnoxious. Live with it.
Now that guy's posts about Cop. That's true bad posting, so I went ahead and warned him.

problem is this poster's opinion on tsm isn't backed up by any sort of reasoning. it's not shitposting because it supports tsm, but because it's oneliners that are pretty much designed to provoke a reaction. do that with your tsm friends

Wait, I'm the one shitposting? I thought when people talked about shitposting they were referring to that "TSM has been the best team in the World for every season" sarcastic garbage.

Do you expect fans to be rational? That's what being a fan is called. Yelling at the refs even though you know your team committed a foul, booing the other team for no apparent reason, supporting your team regardless of good/bad. That's what being a fan is called. There's no rationality behind being a fan, and that's why regardless of how bad some of these posts are or how ridiculous they may seem, there's no point of us actioning them. Because that's what being a fan is all about. Trash talking other teams, provoking other fans, etc. That's nothing new. As long as they don't cross the line, there's nothing we're going to do about it. If you want them to shut up, feel free to do the same if their team loses. Being a fan is like riding a roller coaster. There'll be highs and lows, ups and downs.
This is essentially a LR thread, and that's what LR threads have been all about in the past. It's not about to change now.
Now continue rooting for your favorite team and let's stop complaining about shitposting in LR threads. These threads are meant to be light-hearted, for people to cheer their teams on and enjoy themselves. If things go off-topic or people cross the line, then feel free to report.

While no concrete results were revealed, it was remarked that the team was out of form due to jet-lag, and the scrim against TSM ended rather quickly, after which the players returned to their hotel in a downcast manner.
However, Edg.Sanshao is known to give misinformation on a usual basis ("that Pawn will miss the entire LPL playoff", for example.) So probably a grain of salt is needed here. Anyway, we'll know in a couple of days, and I find my low expectations of EDG is lowered once more.
I'd love to see EDG fail just to fulfill the platonic fantasy of seeing money fail, but on second thought, EDG's under performance in international tournaments has little to do with money, given that they pulled the same feat last year.
They strike me to be the C9 of China: a team that sweeps through the domestic competition in the regular season by simply performing solid every day, but then fails to raise their level of play when it matters at MSI/Worlds, when other top teams step up.

EDG under-performed at S4 Worlds because their ADC was half-dead. You made it sound like they under-performed every time they participated in an international tournament. The truth is, there isn't a lot and IEM featured WE.
Also please don't compare C9 to any top 5 team in China. The level of competition in NA is a joke outside of TSM. I don't know why you jump at every opportunity to bash Chinese esports, and this time by extrapolating information from a PR blogpost, which revealed absolutely nothing about the scrim results if you could read the original post.
I respect you for being able to articulate your thoughts and impeccable grammar all the time, but please, please, don't disappear again like when China absolutely dominated last year's TI or most likely this year's as well. If you have the balls to make bold prediction against China all the time, at least accept your defeat each time when you are wrong. And if history has told us anything, you're wrong like 90% of the time.

Namei came into S4 Worlds being hyped as the best ADC in the world. In fact, his story wasn't all that different from Deft's. Both were/are massively hyped by Monte/Thorin, and at the minimum, Namei got exposed, while Deft simply got 'upset' by Imp.
Were this chain of events to be repeated at MSI, I'm sure we're going to hear all sorts of excuses ranging from 'Pawn sick' to 'jetlag,' just as we heard 'Namei food poisoning' last year. But it tickles the mind that such unfortunates keep happening to the same organization. Why doesn't it ever happen to SKT, SSW, and hell, even TSM?

I wasn't on TL last year during TI 4 and in any case, I think you're being a bit off-topic here. Mind you, I *do* believe that the Chinese Dota scene is relevant to the Chinese LoL scene and vice versa, but the mods don't necessarily think so, so keep the Dota posts in the Dota sections, yes?

C9 would easily be top 5 in China.

C9 looked like ass last split and only made it to the finals because TL are just bigger chokelords. We'll have to see what the new C9 looks like. Hai/Balls were just too huge liabilities for them to ever be considered top.

I think C9 looked particularly weak this split as compared to previous splits due to increased competition in NA, rather than them being worse than they used to be.
