Snake can stand a chance against GE Tigers when they don't get lolstomped by J4/Nunu bans

they are probably the best team in the World. SKT can maybe challenge them but I would be surprised if a chinese team can beat them in a best of X series.

IMO EDG is even vs GE-T, maybe even better. Snake would probably grab a game or two off GE-T in a bo5, but probably wouldn't win. If SHRC get their shit together with namei, they can become a powerhouse team by end of next split right before worlds.

always the same I wont buy into the chinese team hype until one of them delivers

Not like it would be hard to outperform C9's performance. Name a single game stompier than that one since the beginning of S5.

TSM vs Coast 23 min surrender.

I don't watch Coast games so I wouldn't know

No way EDG is better then GE, they would need Pawn to go bonkers to have chance in bo3/bo5.

You have to remember, the season setting for LPL makes it so they don't have to reveal anything. EDG looks a step above rest of LPL teams without trying.

The LPL regular season is actually just three months of televised scrims.

Better than Diana.

I disagree, I think that the near-solo kill of Fox showed that the matchup would swing in her favor eventually. The problem was Viktor himself, and of all people to give it to, they gave it to Kuro. Kuro mows teams over with that champion, and GE knows how to play with it extremely well.

If I'd have to rewrite SKs pick phase, I'd have replaced Cait and Nidalee. Sven and Forgiven showed they were very good at those champs, but they only had one front line champion, and Cait is just in a bad spot right now. Props to GE for banning out Forgiven though, that's probably the main reason he did go for Cait, he needs to grow a bigger champion pool, it's hurting him (could've taken Corki from Pray). And Sven had a lot of different champs to choose, J4 was open, he's a great pick vs Viktor, might've discouraged the pick and maybe taking Gnar away, but picking Cait first is not good since she is not a strong champion herself, GE ran Corki Janna to shut down that early pushing power combined with a massive power spike mid game, where a non-fed Cait does very poorly.

Pretty much this, I love the LPL regular season set up though. It's like basketball with the insane # of games per season.

Expect C9 to do much better this game.

Still concerned C9 tilts their way to losing against yoe. Not excited for that possibility, EU fanboys will be fucking insufferable if that happens.

So, there is no evidence of them being better than GE, beside assumption they don't try and will go ham in playoffs/in important games.

I don't think Diana was really that much of a prob.
Not banning Mao (over Zed) was biggest/most glaring.
I still think teams/players need to play what they're strongest with, which is why Fox's Diana wasn't that bad of a decision in my eyes. He did almost solo kurO fwiw and if the jungle pressure was slightly different, he could've won lane, etcetc.

too much credit given to SK. Doesn't matter the meta, SK too fucking greedy with their crappy ward control, and nrated's heaviness. SK would be lucky to get a game win in a bo5 vs GET.

Can people stop being delusional? It only looked even cause first off: it was a fast pushing comp so yeah ofc they will kill towers before GE does and that makes the gold difference really small and secondly korean teams especially GE Tigers doesnt really do much early game.

As soon as they started hitting their power spikes the game was over instantly,it wasnt a close game at all

I don't think anyone is being delusional. rofl. Maybe on reddit. but plz, we're all korean overlord worshipers here.

Are they (SKT, EDG and Snake) even comparable? EDG and Snake are what I would consider ADC-centric teams. Whereas SKT relies a lot on Faker and their rotation + overall macro strategy.

Sven forced viktor to back lvl 3 when diana was 12 cs behind while lee didn't gank mid once and annie/nida kept trying to gank mid.Woudldn't say it was close considering it was a counterpick.
