edit: Ryu looked awful on MIL and pretty bad at the start with H2K. Now he looks like a decent mid laner so there's obvious improvement happening.

SK needs to win a fight in the duration of Kennen ult, in which case better upfront burst from QR with the BT is more valuable than extra attack speed.

It's not a piglet situation, and I wouldn't really compare the two. Even then, I wonder how long Ryu will stay in EU, because of how strong he is. I feel like he will be really good no matter what team he goes to.

There is nobody else to shoot but gnar/lee.All he can do in fights is run from gnar/lee and focus them.

QR can reach backline before the fight starts to poke them down. Attack speed certainly doesn't help against Lee/Gnar right now, which is why he's getting the LW.
